  I have entered my password over five times and it is not being received. I have not changes my password and can't imagine what is happening. I needed to check my balance before writing a check and I cannot get into my account to check my balance. What is up? I have not changed anything on my end.

  This bank when confronted with an erroneous charge to an ATM card clearly stated that although they acknowledge their ATM machines are faulty, they have absolutely no concern about American Combat Veterans receiveing medications and they cannot provide any help to those who are erroneously charged by their ATM machines. Asking to reimbursed for 40 dollars on wrongful charges resulted in being retailited by taking another 5 dollars from my bank.
