  Alyssa Beller and her team were amazing with my refinance. It was a challenge and a lot of work but Shelby McDonald pulled it off.   Very nice group of people. In office communication could be improved and remove some Hassel from the borrower. Early appraisal was very off for build which prevented some upgrades that will be done by me at this point. But the rates where decent and I have a brand new home.

  Alyssa did a great job at explaining the buying process as it related to our situation. We had many questions and she made sure to address them all. Everyone has different variables that make the buying process unique and she was efficient at sorting out the information needed to help us make an informed decision about our home and land buying process. We contacted Alyssa to help us understand the feasibility of buying land to build a home.

  I can't tell you how wonderful it was to work with Matt Hannon. With something as terrifying as buying your first home, we were extremely nervous. Matt was there throughout the entire process answering the multitude of questions we had and providing all the reassurance we needed to stay focused. He made this experience so easy that we were able to really focus on the "fun" aspects of this process. We cannot wait to work with him again in the future. :)
