  Bryan was so helpful and kind throughout my first home buying process. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I had a super complex self employment situation that no other lender was able to get me approved, but Bryan knows his stuff, and was able to get me approved and find a way for me to get my dream home! Bryan worked very hard everyday to make sure my loan was going through smoothly. He kept me updated every step of the way and was able to answer every question and explained everything in detail since it was my first time buying a place. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends!!

  Bryan took over from a different lender who couldn’t perform after two weeks of pre-underwriting.. now we had two weeks to close, this wasn’t an average deal and my clients’ situation was complex… man… this guy called CPAs investors talk to every step of supervisor he had. Truthfully at this point my clients were prepared to leave the Earnest Money at the table, and it did take Bryan to fight till the very last day. He closed.
