As first time home buyers, without exposure to the intricacies of homebuying, Josh’s team were able to make us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Josh and his associates are beyond succinct, they have access and experience to know where to find you the right rates on your home and insurances. They have a very easy to follow order for accomplishing things, as well as a myriad of solutions and equally excellent alternatives to any potential issues with picky lenders along the way. Thanks to Joshua White my little family now has a beautiful home and a great interest rate that will make affording it not only well within our means, but less than we were paying monthly to rent a smaller home much further from work.

  Randy is the best. He can be counted on to deliver. Where others talk about service he delivers. He worked our refinance on time and without a hitch. Our transaction was out of the ordinary as we own our house with our daughter and her husband. I couldn't be happier.

  Our family purchased a home in Sammamish with Cameron in August. We were delighted with his team and deeply appreciative of their experience. Laura is exceptional. She always picked up our phones calls and patiently answered our questions. We found errors with a past IRS filing during our loan process that required us to extend our closing date. Even though the IRS error was our fault, Cameron and his team worked tirelessly to coordinate the closing and found solutions for every problem we encountered along the way. Cameron and Laura proved their mettle in closing less than ten days after discovering the problem. Any broker can fund a loan when you have no issues, but Cameron's team is who I'd want working for me when facing the unexpected.
