  I moved all my money from a large bank to BK Coop years ago and I’m so glad i did. The staff is friendly and speak multiple languages. I’ve taken their free financial workshops and highly recommend them.

  Highly unprofessional arrangement of servicing, they are not aware how to solve what should be common banking issues usually argue Infront of customers, which is very demeaning to the staff and usually have but one to two persons for the entire traffic volume no matter what time of day you go in, they do not have different locations which is a disadvantage, there is a surcharge for everything, they do not have multiple departments but one person usually wears many hats to which causes delay from the servicing of others as Management is never available to be hands on in the functioning of good business.

We are a small financial institution with two branches in Brooklyn, but we offer many ways for our members to bank remotely including two nationwide surcharge free networks (through Coop Network and Citibank partnerships), deposit taking ATMs, online banking, bill pay and secured messaging.   Best bank i love it..but when the bank will have zelle??

  We would also love to add Zelle for our members but each time we have researched it, it has been too costly to justify. That being said, members can use various other third party options besides Zelle to receive funds into their accounts, and can also use our online bill pay service to make person to person payments or to pay bills.   Please bring back ATM deposits, because it’s easier for me , rather than to look online to see the bank is open then when I get there it’s closed, very inconvenient

  Their schedule is inefficient. Saturday is of the utmost importance to be open but they close for every Monday holiday and then they are closed Mondays! They need to be open more days late for the people that work if they are going to observe these holidays. I love holidays and the time of but come on we need these hours!

  Dear Javier, in case it is helpful, we want to let you know that we are open today (Saturday, Nov 30) at both branches from 9am-2pm. We are also open all Mondays at the 834 Dekalb branch except for holidays with observed Mondays. I hope that helps.
