  There is not a better loan advisor than Brooke Neider. I worked with other loan officers and they were non-responsive and/or made the process super complicated to where I couldn’t understand what was happening. Brooke and her team made a difficult process very easy. She is detailed and efficient. She kept me in the loop when changes where happening and made me feel like I was a priority. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.

  Brooke is nothing less than amazing! from the beginning of the process to the end, she helped me thru everything and didnt make me feel silly for not knowing how to start homebuying process and answered every question i had even if i asked more than once. shes super smart and super friendly. i will most definitely recommend her to anyone in need of home loan! shes the best!

  Brooke Neider helped make all my dreams of home ownership come true. She is very knowledgeable. She exceeded my expectations greatly. I switched from another lender and she turned a terrible experience into a great experience. Her instructions were clear and concise regarding anything I needed to obtain throughout the home buying process. Her communication skills were A1. She communicated with me well and returned my calls in a reasonable time frame. I can never say thank you enough. Oh her team is great too. Shawna who is Brooke’s assistant is absolutely amazing as well. She also stayed in communication with me to ensure that I was moving right along in the process!!! Today is our first Christmas of many in OUR home!!

  Brooke....... won me over on a phone call after telling her that I had a lender to reach out. She asked extremely kindly if she just can take a few moments to talk to me and I accepted. Brooke was so on point and very knowledgeable of the lending process. She reassured me that she could find the best loan for me possible and she did. During the process I was introduced to Shawna Simmons who was also extremely kind and knowledgeable of the process. I never had a delay both ladies kept me well informed. They provided me with detail information regarding all paperwork that was giving and sign by me. My words is nothing compared to the actions exemplified by these ladies. It was never a dull moment when Shawna or Brooke reached out to me. They ladies were very personable this was not a robotic group. I closed on my home in three weeks after finding it on Jan 11th. I will refer everyone to Prime-lending to work with Brooke Shawna. I love them like they were my sisters!!!!!! Again Thanks so so so so much ladies JOB WELL DONE.... HAPPY CLIENT!!!!!
