  This branch refused to cash a couple of checks from the Department of Treasury. Apparently they can’t be trusted. Didn’t even want to pretend to be helpful. Completely tacky—zero customer service skills. Went down the street to another branch who was happy to help in a efficient manner.

  Customer service isn't the best. Walked in for a withdrawal, no other customer was there, waited 10 mins and when the receptionist came to she didn't apologize for the wait nor did she greet me. During the withdrawl process her attitude was also unpleasant. Their motto is "To deliver the best banking experience," yeah right guys.

  The entire staff at this location is Exceptional! Jason is at the top of the heap in his thoroughness and professionalism. Every one else of the staff is above average in assisting me, a satisfied customer for over 28 yrs.

  It takes more than a week for them to deposit a check, causing overdraft making you pay right away. If you don't pay when they say, they will close your account. Scam!

  *FULL REVIEW IN PICTURES* If you are a working professional who receives paychecks from your employer, do not trust Broadway Bank to process that money in a responsible and timely manner, do not trust Broadway Bank to exercise their due diligence when a “red-flag” has been raised, and do not expect that all Broadway Bank employees will treat you with fairness or decency if suspicions arise.
