      I am very disappointed in the customer service I received from Broadway Bank. I chose to close my account after 35 years of service. To begin with their Culebra location abruptly closed and the new institution was now out of my way. When I went to close my account, I did not hear, oh I’m sorry to see you leave, what can we do to keep you at Broadway, or what brings you to closing your account. So forget the parting gift. The teller merrily handed me a closing account slip and closed my account. I was hurt because of my years of being with them.

      The best transaction at Broadway Bank is only when using ATM machine;Because the ATM don't have snobby service,they care and the ATM are usually working smoothly,And we just get that personal experience without regards to sluggers slow processing.
