  I just started with Broadway bank and it was a little rough going in but once you get going they truly are all amazing individuals . If you need a bank who cares who will go above and beyond for you go to Broadway bank if you need to talk to anyone all the staff are good but I truly recommend Brandy she is one of a kind and a godsend . If you want to be treated like family go to broadway bank Boerne

  I have banked with Broadway for many years. The nice thing about living in a small town, is most businesses pride themselves on remembering their customers. I have friends who live in large cities and they think there's something wrong with that idea! Broadway remembers you.

  No privacy; they show your info to others & ask personal questions loudly. For instance, they actually ask what I was doing with the cash I got out once. This was in the lobby. I responded saying that with everyone hearing I was walking out with money that probably nothing, I would likely get robbed now instead. The comment went completely over their heads. No clue!

  Very rude. No Customer service. Gave me 2,000 in 20 dollar bills and said they were out off 100 dollar bills. Said if I wanted to open a account they could find me some more hundred dollar bills. How manipulative!
