  One of many great words to say about Brittany is WOW! Brittany has an amazing team at Raven Mortgage. I would recommend to anyone buying a home to use this organization. From start to finish they walk you through the process and keep you informed. This level of customer service only comes occasionally in today’s business dealings. Meredith who also is part of the group was always available to answer any of my concerns when Brittany was not immediately available. This team kept my mind at ease during the stress of buying of a new home. Would recommend to anyone considering buying or refinancing a home.

  As a first time home buyer, Brittany navigating me through the lending process expertly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, and responsive to my many questions.   Brittany was able to get me the mortgage and everything from the escrow to the appraisal all set up. Unfortunately there was a latency between our initial contact and sign up for appraisal. The appraisal also took 3 weeks to complete which may have been out of their control; however to find this information I had to reach out myself instead of it being brought to my attention. Multiple times I reached out for information and didn’t receive a response till late in the day or one of her associates reached out to me instead.
