  The staff there is very courteous! Especially Nicklette who has been helping me through my whole process of creating a new business account and any questions or concerns I had. I had a little mishap happen and she was on top of it and got it handled In no time!

  I contacted Brightstar for the first time today. I received A+ customer service. I am incredibly impressed by their representatives' friendly, courteous, and supportive customer service practices. Kudos to all Brightstar staff and leaders. Keep up the great work. You have made a stressful process simple, quick and - best of all - stress-free!

  I just had the pleasure of working with a young lady M s channel Vernon at the branch and she was most helpful. During times like these when things seem so and sure and unsecure she made me feel welcome and comfortable at the office.

  I have been coming here for 18 years. I never had a problem with them. They always email their customers with any news.... Like cds, higher rates, credit card info, and anything that keeps u up to date. If its necessary, u can probably hire more ppl for those little offices, so u don't have to wait long to speak with someone. (If needed) I don't do the atm machine outside by the drive through because it can be dangerous with getting robbed. I hate to say this but that is an easy target.... I wont use it unless u build it to go inside where there are ppl around. I just come inside where i feel safer. Bank of American has it inside- (its a good idea) Your parking lot is bad bad bad. Eekk! U need more parking spaces asap! Your phone service is bad bad bad. Eekk! You are put on hold for more then 15-30 minutes. That's why you need more help with the phones. U have excellent help with the bank tellers inside. They are professional, caring, kind, and sweet. They are very very knowledgeable. We r moving our banking from Bank of America after 46 years since the California Federal and Nationsbank days.... Not happy there anymore and time to move on. You make me feel safe and at home. SO far so good. Thank u! BLESSINGS! The Hutcherson Family....

  Hands down the worst bank to ever do business with. The software they use for processing online payments is so outdated its pathetic. Their bank tellers are some of the most rude people I've ever dealt with. I'm actually paying off my car today just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. Good Riddance. If I could give zero stars I would.

  went to apply for refinance loan on my vehicle, initially the person that was helping me sign up said I will have my answer in 48 hours.... its been 1 month and no answer and each time i call (over 3x) to ask for the status they say yes the loan officer will give you a call within 24 to 48 hours, don't waste your time with this place, I'm not even an official member and they're already acting like this? their actions speak for themselves ..
