maxine tavares1The people in this bank are very rude ,we went there to open a business account we stood there for about 3 minutes before somebody ask us if they can help us.There was nobody else in the bank the person who help us open the account was very unpleasant, no customer service ,the whole time I was there one other person came into the bank.After leaving there I decide that I wasn't going back in that branch. After reading all the reviews they should really close that branch

Marcia G1The slowest drive up ever. Since Barbara left, it may take up to 22 minutes just to cash a check. Cashiers can be seen inside just talking, walking around, and basically ignoring the people waiting in line. Once you finally get a check cashed and ask for $20 bills, you ALWAYS need to send back the $50’s or $100’s. Inside, some guy named George, is the rudest, chauvinistic, could care less person, I have ever met. Just to get something notarized, he feels he needs to know your private business instead of just doing his job and witnessing your signature. Have been with this branch since 1988. Definitely going to another branch. They are just horrible!!!

Nick2My main annoyance with this bank is that they ALWAYS try to get me to open a new account every time I go. I cringe when I have to deposit a big check, because here we go again... money market account ... blah. blah , blah. Asking one time okay, but them asking every single time. Come on already.

Missa2I have been banking with suntrust over 10 years and family mortgages go through them for decades. Recently, I have been going here for 4 years since I’ve worked for NSU I usually go to the one in Weston. However I am not impressed with their customer service AT ALL, especially today. I understand the level of security is important when checking identity, but if I give you a government issued ID besides my driver license that has the same information, why are you asking me additional information? I had to call my mother to find out what are the last transactions to the account. I even told them how much money was in the account, who is on my account, my social security #, my address, and the branch I normally go to. to the extent of telling them to call the # on file to prove who I am. To make matters worst, prior to me coming there I was in line for 15 mins with only 2 people in front of me. Does that even make sense? It doesn’t take that long for services to be done. I was in the bank for a total of 30 mins for a withdrawal of $150 that I didn’t get. And who voted that suntrust is the #1 bank? Because this branch has a high turn over rate that the manager was shocked I even knew about that, as she professed that she has been working there for 2 years (not something to be proud of if I told you I have been going to your branch for 4 years). Every time I walk into that bank they got someone different. Other branches like Weston has the same people for more than 5 years. So this branch needs to DO BETTER WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND START RECOGNIZING people who are VALUED CUSTOMERS!

US Trade1This bank is slow and always understaffed. They have employees standing around with their hands in their pockets (you know who you are) while the line at the walk up is 5 deep and the drive up windows are waiting 10 minutes before they even greet you. The phone service is terrible too.

Nicole Chavas1The branch is now only open Monday through Friday from 9-6 So if you have a normal job, you’re not going to be not going to be able To go to th bank. Money orders are cheaper at Publix, and I will be switching banks. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Sara1Horrible bank! They are theifs and allow money to continue coming out of my closed account!! This is insane!!! After a month still don't have my money! They let people cash my checks and use my i.d. on a code Red,did didn't even call the police,I can only assume they are involved
