  Jeff was great to work with and made it so easy with the refinance process. He was always there to answer any questions I had, even if it was after hours.   From the start, Jeff and the team at BrightSide Lending was very responsive, professional, and very helpful. When I had questions about whether refinancing would make sense for me, Jeff took the time to analyze my situation so I could make the best decision for myself. Once the process was underway, Jeff stayed in touch along the way to let me know what would happen next. Everything was processed quickly and the closing was simple. I would recommend them to anyone for a refinance! Very competitive rates too!

  I happened upon BrightSide Lending when owner Jeff Kaltz personally provided a significant donation to a fundraiser that made the difference in helping a veteran avoid home foreclosure. A quick google search to investigate this good deed led me to Jeff's business, BrightSide Lending. Due to some previous paperwork errors on our home purchase, we had been unable to find anyone who could get a refinance done for the past 10 years, but I felt I had nothing to lose in reaching out to at least thank Jeff for his contribution to the veteran. Miraculously, Jeff's perseverance, connections, and knowledge helped us refinance at a significantly lower rate and saved us hundreds of dollars per month. The rate was extremely competitive as were the closing costs. All the while, Jeff's hard work, stellar communication, and prompt replies to questions made the process essentially painless, and we closed on our refinance within 30 days. I cannot recommend BrightSide Lending enough!

  After deciding that refinancing my mortgage was my best option, I researched 4 different lending companies. They all sounded pretty good until we got down to the actual numbers. Bright side Lending was, by far, the best option. Not only was the company convenient and timely they were also the the best financial arrangement I could make. I highly recommend this company and the owner Jeff Kaltz. In doing your research, do yourself a favor and include Brightside Lending.

  I went to Jeff at BrightSide Lending To get Pre-approved and to be honest I thought it was going to tedious, but it turned out to be easy! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns promptly and with enthusiasm. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family and really anyone I know of that is looking to purchase or refinance!
