  One sign says they open at 9:00 a.m. the other sign says they are temporarily closed along with the CDC guidelines garbage underneath it.

  The employees at this location is clueless and beyond rude. After standing there a few minutes with three different windows opened. I was finally acknowledged, then sent to the next window. Just for ignorant self to ask the First Lady why did she send me to her. Why couldn’t she help me? Long story short I ended up walking out!!!

  The ATM just froze on my withdrawal and the rude lady working told me I have to wait up to 10 DAYS for the money to go back on my account!!

  This branch has been closed for three or four months, so I will go to another bank, only because this branch is about 1/2 mile from my house. They lost my business!!!

  Terrible service here, always a pain to deal with.Called customer service they advised me to use a different location. Went to another location and had zero issues. Will never return to this location!!!!
