  Motto Mortgage/Brian Byers was top notch and took great care of my VA first time buyer. He stayed in constant communication with my buyer, myself and the title company to make sure the process ran smooth. The appraisal came back low, he submitted rebuttal and the value came up to contract price. BAM 💥
