  Getting insurance is not a simple thing specially for the beginners like me . Brian explained each and every benefits and options available to me in very details for my car insurance and he was able to get a better coverage in significantly lesser prices. Also, he explained the benefits of having renters insurance and perks we get with that. I can always count on getting my questions answered and I would highly recommend Brian!!! He is knowledgeable, professional and a hardcore music lover! It was really nice working with him.

  Jake from State Farm has nothing on Brian Busam! Brian provides great rates on auto and home insurance! Brian was very efficient and fast when we bought a new vehicle and needed an Insurance Certificate quickly to get the car registered. I highly recommend Brian to be your new insurance agent!

  Top Notch for all of your insurance needs, banking too! I love Brian and his team. I've been part of their SF family for roughly 7 years now. Brian and his team are extremely responsive and up to date on everyone's accounts. Kelly and Luis have helped me NUMEROUS times with any question or concern I've had, big or small. I love the State Farm app and happy they introduced me to State Farm Bank! Great team, outstanding service, and awesome people. I'd recommend this office to everyone.

  Brian Busam has been my trusted State Farm agent for five years now, I would highly recommend his services. He provided me with a level of education concerning my car insurance and life insurance needs which was both informative and earnest. In the past, like most, I was only concerned with low cost coverage, and as a result I had not properly protected myself, or my family from accidents or injury. Brian patiently reviewed my existing coverage and helped me to ensure I would be protected properly while still ensuring an excellent price. In addition he advised me on several life insurance options, which would not only provide for my children if tragedy struck, but will also serve as a secondary source of retirement, something you can never have to much of.   I have been insured through this agency for a couple of years and every time I need help with my insurance needs they are there to help me. They take their time explaining your coverages and reviewing your policies to make sure you are properly covered. I have to say I love this agency and how they work with their customers.   What can I say, Brian and his team have done sooo much for me over there years that they are an extended family to me. They always have my best interest at heart and thats a fact!!! Everything is always drawn out and explained fully, so comfort and security is always there. I see Brian as my counsel-yeti when it comes to Auto,life,homeowners insurance or even general Financial questions regarding my own personal finances. Sometimes even just everyday life questions!   Had wonderful experiences for a long time. Staff is kind and professional, however recently its been ever so CHAOTIC where no is on board or the same page especially with the bill. Brian corrected a error with my bill and just today, I spoke with another agent and they said he has no clue what I was talking about. Thank you all for your services but I am seeking business elsewhere🙌 overall, the years have been great, but its time to move on *shrugged shoulders*
