  It all started with one call. Patrick picked up the phone and listened to My Unique situation and said he would get back to me. Within a day I had a response that we could move forward, and since that day the team was nothing but exceptional in every way. Working with Sarah closely for the documentation needed throughout the process was easy, clear, and concise. When it came time for Sarah to pass the file to Barbie and the closing department, she took over seamlessly and kept me in the loop every bit of the way. On the day of closing when I met with Trinh Law, It couldn’t have been expedited any faster, thanks to the teams facilitation of documents.   Initial consultation was quick and easy. Once our offer was accepted on a house I was encouraged to upload my requested documentation as soon as possible as we were leaving on vacation to allow the process to move forward on their end while I was away. Two weeks later when my mortgage commitment was due it wasn’t ready and appeared as if the file was never touched until my realtor contacted the company to request the letter. It was provided two days later (late) and luckily did not impact my closing but did heighten my stress. The process itself was easy, but I’m an executive assistant processing paperwork and finding documentation is my job. I was able to pivot when repeatedly asked to upload new documentation. Once the commitment was complete all other processing was done via email and ready in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone using them notify the appropriate staff immediately and repeatedly in regard to your documentation being ready for review. Read all letters as there were number amount errors in mine.
