  I was very comfortable and happy to work with Aimee (and later, Brian on the finance end) after having the good fortune of getting connected through the Zillow realtor contact link. Aimee has a gift in being attentive and responsive throughout the process, without making one feel pressured to act in spite of concerns that may arise. From first meeting to closing, I felt like Aimee was my ally, and I'm grateful that my information request led to such a pleasant working relationship, and successful closing on a property that feels like a perfect fit!

  Brian and Aimee Deluccio are the absolute best!! We could not have asked for a more dynamic duo. They were amazing through the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. We found them by chance and were so lucky we did!! They were extremely knowledgable and made the process of selling and buying a home so easy. Their negotiation skills were top notch and we couldn't have asked for a more responsive couple. We never felt pressured and always felt they had our best interests in mind. No matter the request we always had a quick response. They truly work non stop for you!! If we ever purchase another property we will look to no one else but them.   We are extremely grateful for Brain and Aimee and the services they have provided for us. The only drawback on the review is there is only 5 stars. They know the Denver area and surrounding communities very well and helped us with every step of selling and buying our dream home. They provided one stop real estate needs at the highest level of professionalism and execution. We only had to make one call to them, and they came over and explained all the details for buying, selling, and obtaining a new loan for a home. Brian gave us keen financial advice on how to work our credit scores to lower our monthly payment and save over $500 a month by assessing different scenarios and suggesting a few key strategies that only took a month to implement. Aimee was very patient with us and made time on evenings and weekends to escort us to many potential properties that she pre-screened to our wish list and budget. We sold our house and bought a new one with them at the lead, the whole while they were attentive to our needs and always responded quickly to our questions or concerns. We would recommend their services to all our friends and family. If you are buying, selling, or need a home loan for any reason do yourself a favor and just call Brain and Aimee and make it easy on yourself.

  Our experience with Brian and Aimee is beyond words. Aimee and Brian patiently showed us townhomes in Lone Tree and Parker on and off for about 7 months. When we finally found "the" place both Aimee and Brian did all possible to not only help us get the most out of the home we were buying but also the home we were selling. As in most real estate transactions there can be snags along the way, Aimee and Brian took all the worry of our plates so we could concentrate on packing and moving! They saved us time and money and were a pleasure to work the whole way through, love you guys! Thank you again and again! Closed on two home in 30 days, it can be done!

  We had a really wonderful experience with Brian and Aimee DeLuccio. They were very patient with us throughout the entire process of looking for a house and going through with the purchase. They were very knowledgeable about judging the pricing of the houses we looked at, and describing what problems we may encounter, and what the cost of repair would be. We dragged them all over the place, and they were happy to help, with a very quick response time. I would recommend the DeLuccios any time.

  t’s hard to convey into words the tremendous experience I had with Aimee and Brian during my recent home search in Denver, CO. Talk about a dynamic duo! Brian’s 20+ years in in real estate and mortgage loans instilled the utmost confidence that no one else could have secured a better loan for me. He was also able to translate and bring down to my level all aspects of the process so that I could understand and feel really good about the decisions I was making. Amy is the most detailed oriented, organized, insightful and intuitive business person I have ever met in her profession.
