  Got a 2011 ford fiesta for my daughter. She loves it. There was a few problems but Brenner took care of it right away. When I need another good quality used car for my son in a few years I will be sure to get him one here.

  Brenner Car Credit in Carlisle is a great place to pick up a used car. The salesperson Brittany was extremely nice and helpful all well being professional and knowledgeable about the car she had available. Was very pleased so much so that I would be returning to pick up another car when I need another vehicle in the future.

  I purchased my Jeep a year ago and so far have nothing but good things to report. Aside from loving my jeep the staff has been great to deal with and more than fair. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star rating is because my Jeep was not clean when I received it. Whoever does the detailing on new cars did a terrible job and hopefully they fixed this issue. Also, When I purchased my vehicle the glove department drawer fell off when i tried to open it and the only way to fix it for free was to go without it long enough to be serviced which was an inconvenience so I decided to live with it until I could get it fixed but the truck itself has been wonderful! If you hold up your end of the bargain you should have no issues, vehicles are expensive but its a great way to start or build credit as they report monthly.

  By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Will never recommend anyone to buy a car from here! They will bug you and EVERYONE you put on your contact list. They also shut my car off without me knowing, this lead me to have to get it towed. When I called Brenner they told me it wasn’t their problem. Absolutely disappointed with how they treat customers. They also apparently have zero communication with each other, because no one ever knows anything! Would NOT recommend!!
