  Brenda is one of my favorite lenders that I refer to my clients. She has served many of my clients over the years and she always goes above and beyond. When I refer someone, I know that she will help them find a great rate, keep their payment in their budget plus she is a strong advocate whenever an issue arises. She also makes sure to keep me and all of the other parties in the transaction updated throughout the process. That's why I keep referring her. She's great!

  Brenda provided an outstanding lending/buying experience. Her knowledge and professionalism is top notch.   My wife and I bought a house last month and worked with Brenda to broker our mortgage. She was an incredible asset throughout the process—she was patient, extremely thorough, and able to answer the many questions we had. With the rather competitive Seattle market, it took us several months to find the right home; the whole time Brenda was quick and able to provide us with a letter of pre-approval and chatted with the listing agent on our behalf. We ended up with a great rate and a wonderful home, and were extremely happy with our experience and would recommend her whole-heartedly!
