When you remove access to depositing... maybe it would be nice to tell costumers. Your limited hours make it hard for any person who works a full time job to get in to make a deposit. Your new machine is terrible only allowing options that I can already do on my phone... why would I need to do them there...

This branch is so unorganized. My 5 year old & I waited for over an hour to cash a check. While we sat in the lobby they helped every other customer before taking a look into cashing it. Its rediculous. People have lives and they shouldnt have to put them on hold for that amount of time just to receive there own money. Grrr..
