  Hyundai told me I couldnt change my address unless I went into the bank. I live 4 hours away. I told her that, but she said she couldn't change it to my New address. People need to be able to change address their address online or by calling. Kim changed it . Thank you very much Kim.

  Branson bank does banking right. They have always gone above and beyond for my business and personal accounts. One example is that they finished processing my mortgage early, under budget and gave me a lower interest rate to boot.   Awesome customer service. Mortgaged with them for over 10 years, with solid payment history. Sold the home in late Feb and the title company held onto the payment for 3 weeks because the buyer delayed and it caused a 30-day late payment flag on my credit. Dean at Branson Bank just shrugged his shoulders said there's nothing he can do, the the payment was late. A friend who is with another bank confirmed that BB could do something but it's a pain and easier to just ignore if it's disputed and let the credit agencies clear it...so now have to file disputes with the credit agencies. **UPDATE** My credit score was corrected. Changed my review stars from 1 to 3. Somehow our multiple conversations did not convey that the delay in payment was due to the buyer and was out of our control, but luckily it was clarified by my review/post and they realized a correction could be made to my credit.

  Very rude, impatient, they mix up accounts if you and other family members have the same bank. They blame their attitude on “how busy it is” even if it’s just you in the building when they don’t know how to do something. Go to the Main location!! Worth a little extra drive!!! They are helpful, kind and they get things done quickly and efficiently!
