  I reached out by email for a free estimate and Randall Gee answered really fast with options. We have been having the worst luck insuring our house in the hills, companies being scared of fire risks and either not wanting to insure us or cancelling on us at the end of our first year. We ended up having to add Cal State Fair Plan, which pretty much doubled the price of our home insurance. Our car insurance was also really expensive for a family of 4 with 2 new drivers. Randall gathered all the information from me through pictures of my insurance paperwork and came up with a standalone home insurance that does not require Cal State backing and cuts back also a couple thousand dollars on our car insurance by bundling all of it together. This was all done on the phone. To top it off, Randall is not only efficient but very nice and fun to talk to, which doesn't hurt! Very happy with this new insurance option and my new agent!

  Great experience working with Brandon and team. We had state farm previous and switched to a different carrier then switched back. We chose Brandon for when we switched back and him and team made the process seamless. They're always super responsive and easy to reach through phone, email or anything. I've been working a lot with Henry and always get a quick answer for just what I need.

  Recently got rental insurance through Brandon and he was great! Responded back quickly and gave all the information that I asked for. Was able to get my insurance fast and just in time for me to move into my new apartment. Recommend him to anybody looking for insurance.

  My experience with State Farm has been nothing by amazing! Henry was the one who helped me set up my life insurance policy. He made sure I understood all of my options and everything I would be paying for. He provided great customer service and I look forward to working with him again in the future. If you are looking to set up an insurance policy, I highly recommend coming to Henry!

  Brandon and Henry helped me review my auto and business insurance policy to make sure that I had adequate coverage. I've always struggled to understand what and how insurance works, what the terms meant and why there was so many options. Brandon and Henry took his time to explain these things in a very simple manner and helped me decide how much coverage I needed. He walked through examples of why you might want to increase coverages in certain spots which helped me make a better decision. I'm so thankful I never got into an accident or had any issues with my business before, otherwise I'm pretty sure I would've had a headache considering what coverage I had before. I'd highly recommend Brandon and Henry because of this!

  A friend of mine referred me to Brandon Yim's office, specifically Randall Gee. I needed to update my home insurance policy. Randall was incredible-- he was very responsive and knowledgeable. He sought out ways to save me money and provide better coverage and answered all my many questions with professionalism and patience.   What an amazing team and an amazing agent! Brandon did a terrific job at explaining my auto, home, and life insurance options and was incredibly patient with all of my questions. He couldn't have made it any more simple and easy to understand. His staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any of my insurance needs. State Farm has been really great about the SIP and I am so grateful for the policy credits and help that they've offered clients in this unprecedented time. Location is great, right off of El Camino with an easy to spot sign. He has a parking lot with plenty of spaces which makes it easy for me when I want to just stop by to sort things out.

  I called this group to get information for auto and renter's insurance. I spoke with Randall Gee, who was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations based on what I was looking for. I really appreciated his expertise that allowed me to get the plan that I was looking for for a good price. I ultimately got my plan through them and am very satisfied with the outcome.

  My wife and I needed to update and increase our renters insurance since getting married. The people at Brand Yim State Farm made it incredibly easy, quick, and convenient. Within just a few emails we successfully updated our insurance to what we desired, and Henry at Brandon Yim's office was very transparent and responsive about the cost and the time it would take. We love state farm!

  Thank you Randall for your time and patience in answering every question I had and for teaching insurance (with great analogies) to someone who knew nothing about insurance before! Randall is professional, attentive, friendly and provides top notch customer service. He helped us with our complicated auto and home situation and even helped us save hundreds of dollars!
