  This is our 3rd time refinancing with HPI! Jeff is not just friendly and honest, but also very professional and knowledgeable. He has given us full attention and responded to us whenever we called or emailed him immediately. Alexis also is great to work. Overall, I would go with them again in future and highly recommend them to my family and friends (already have!).

  HPI Financial provided exactly what was agreed upon originally.The end result was a refinance with a very low interest rate and minimal closing costs, no hidden surprises! This is largely due to Jeff & Alexis always keeping me in the loop and going the extra mile to insure everything would go smoothly.Although I was difficult at times, they were really patient with me. Very content with entire process & result!!!

  We were first time home buyers with no experience. Randy and Shiela did a great job helping us find a lovely home and most importantly were infinitely patient explaining to us how the buying process works. What has been most impressive though is their follow through. Tax issues, mortgage questions, even maintenance questions - Randy and Shiela have made us feel comfortable to contact them for help on any issue regarding the buying process and later all the complications of owning.
