  Brandon is a gem and I cannot say enough about his knowledge and enthusiasm. He came to me with a solid plan for getting my townhouse sold in a market where there were no comps. Quick and pretty painless he listed the property Wednesday, open house the following weekend and on Monday he came in with over 15 offers all above asking.   Brandon King was my agent and he was outstanding! Before choosing a real estate agent, I got couple of calls from other real estate agents. I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on reviews on Google, Redfin & Zillow and how they promote their listings. The Brandon King Home selling Team stood out as the best in the Santa Clarita area and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. I spoke with Brandon at 8AM in the morning and then met with him at my house. He was providing objective data regarding how many homes his team sold, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. I was very concerned that my house, which was old and not many upgrades had been done and in a neighborhood with a couple of similar homes, would be tough to sell. Brandon made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't , like having a pro come and give us staging tips (even he changed bulbs himself!), having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. Actually I have done nothing except a few texting with Brandon. When I saw my listing I was blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. I got 4 offers and all offers were above the asking price. My house went under contract 5 days after we put it on the market at 6% over the asking price. I accepted and Brandon walked us through every step of the closing process.   Where do I begin! Can't say enough good things about Brandon King. Easy to be with, good listener, not pushy, only helpful. He's at the top of the ethical and knowledgeable heap.   Brandon and his team were amazing and helpful throughout the process of selling our home and buying a replacement home. Brandon’s’ perseverance, hard work and negotiations of contacts made it possible for us to sell our home well over sales price in our area. The negotiation processes that took place in order to accomplish this for both transactions, in my opinion, was something that must have been difficult to do in this current market. Also, Brandon’s availability, communication and transparency throughout the entire process put our minds at ease. I appreciate Brandon’s advice and knowledge of the market, which was put to use as he looked out for us and put our interests first.
