  Augusta was able to figure out a solution for us to refinance our rental properties when other lenders were not able to. With that said, we were successful in closing 8 loans in the past 6 months!!   I highly recommend Kevin Ker for all your loan needs! He made the process so simple and explained everything along the way. For a first time home buyer it is a little nerve-racking and you don’t quite know what you’re getting yourself into but Kevin made it super simple to understand and I was never lost or confused during the entire process. Also any time something came up and I had a question he was super easy to get a hold of.

  Overall a job well done. I didn’t like the amount of material requested, and the time factor in which they wanted it but to my surprise we were 8 days ahead of the buyers of my house.   Mike has handled my loan application in a very professional and responsible way. He was very patient and knowledgeable when answering my questions or concerns. My case was a little more complicated but he still sticked to it to the end and delivered what he promised. I truly believe that bears borrowers interests in mind, and stands up for them if there is any unfairness in the transaction. I would definitely recommend his firm to my friends or family for loan services.

  I had the amazing luck of being referred to Sean Treloggen by a real estate agent a couple of years ago. I wasn't approved for a loan initially, but Sean sent me a message the following year to give my application another try. His diligence got the ball rolling, and I was fortunate to find my first home and a great rate all thanks to Sean!   I worked with Mike Meena and his team on a couple of transactions this year and I was impressed at how they were always two steps in front of me. My agent warned me that they are very busy and that I should use a lender that she referred, but I knew from family and friends that I wanted to use Mike and the gang. Both transactions closed on time and there were no complications except for a couple of deposits I had to verify, but Mike was upfront about that! Either way, I highly recommend Mike Meena and Augusta Financial! They are courteous, professional, careful, fast, awesome, they stay late if you need them to and they give great rates!
