  I highly recommend Brady. He took lots of time to explain the details of both my initial mortgage and my refinance. He was very responsive and helped me to get a home I love in a very challenging market. Brady walked me through the entire process and was very personable and easy to work with. I appreciated his mellow, non-pushy energy and obvious expertise.

  Horrible experience. Brady could not follow dates and I ended up not being able to close. I had to keep calling him to get rates locked and see if he was doing anything. When closing didn’t happen he came to my house and screamed and berated me. It’s very scary to have someone act out of control in your home. He wanted me to blame my realtor for his mistakes. So not only is there no integrity with him he was cruel to someone who was paying him for a service. He continued to be difficult, lie and play games until we could close to both me and my realtor. I’ve never had a worse experience!

  If you like dealing with a bank that will shuffle your file to a different person every day, never remember who you are or any your loan details, go somewhere else. If you like dealing with one person; two at the most, then Megastar is your place. This is our second time purchasing a house using Megastar as the financing and both times were completely different than any other lender I had ever used. My loan officer, Brady, knew who I was and our loan situation each time I called. He even got my pre-approval done on Superbowl Sunday so we could make an offer on our house quickly. There were never any surprises during the process and we were able to close a few days early. Megastar for the win.
