  It was a pleasure working with Trent. When looking to buy a new home I was evaluating multiple scenarios. Trent was more than willing to discuss the nuances, logistics and financials involved with each one. Once a decision was made, the loan approval process was a breeze using the Megastar portal. In addition, Trent and his team offered a very competitive rate. So when then time came to lock in the loan I was very please to move forward with Trent and Megastar.

  Trent was a phenomenal mortgage loan officer. He always answered my questions promptly and provided accurate information. I would highly recommend him because he worked with me for over a year and when numerous offers fell through, he still provided his guidance and assistance. Also he's a nice guy he showed up at my closing and explained everything after my closing as well.

  Trent worked hard for me for over a year and a half. I met with my realtor and began the process of saving for a downpayment. Trent met with my realtor to discuss what to have aside so I could have a specific home loan. While I was saving, Trent reached out to see how I was doing. While I was out searching for homes, he would get back in a very efficient time period to let us know what I would need for the down payment and how much monthly payments would be. When the time came on a very short notice, Trent worked diligently to figure out what I needed for a down payment on a brand new build. The craziest part of all, during the entire process after putting in an offer and under contract, I was overseas. Trent worked with me to make sure all parts were moving on time and didn't hesitate to reach out to my family in a different state. Again, the process was smooth and efficient. I was able to enjoy my 35 day journey through Europe and Russia with no problem with the home buying process!

  Trent was incredible to work with! We were buying our first house with him, and had A LOT of questions. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and broke everything down to us so we could understand. I'd recommend him to anyone who is looking for a lender to work with!
