      Ive been a member since 1975. I have not had any negative transactions with anyone throughout the years. I have had several car loans and mortgage loan. I stopped doing business banks since i have had such positive experiences with Denver Community Credit Union.

      I recently called DCCU with questions regarding my accounts and spoke with Brenda Denning. She gave me the information that I needed to optimize my savings options. I appreciate her knowledgeable, patient and kind assistance. Brenda is an asset to DCCU.

      I just got off the phone with customer service. My credit card rate was originally 12%. After getting a cash advance my rate changed to 18% even on my previous balance. It seems unfair to charge more interest on a previous balance. Also, you can't payoff the cash advance. which I can do on my other credit cards. My other credit cards will allow me to apply any extra money to the cash advance. Online my credit card account says I'm being charged 12% online not 18%.Very disappointed. Also, I just paid off my truck and found out I was being charged insurance. I had no idea again.

      This does not sound correct at all. Let me forward this to management. Your purchases will remain at the rate agreed upon, and your cash advances are only at the 18% balance. And, of course, you can pay off your balances.

      I had a month where we lost a special person. In that time, some bills got messed up and I had two overcharge penalties. Called in and talked to Adam, he was able to reverse the fees lickety split. Thanks Adam.

      This used to be a 5-star rating....I do not trust this place anymore. Been there 3 yrs-I will be refinancing my loan, balance transferring my card & leaving for good. They have charged more than $150 total for overdraft fees that were their fault within 30days after I opened a checking acct., and the online banking is NOT safe.When emergencies & fraud come up that you're not a fault for start happening, they are VERY SLOW to help you & the help you do get is minimal. They dont care at all. You're better off banking elsewhere.
