  Brad and his team worked very hard to help us refinance our home mortgage. They saw how the current rate trends were dropping and knew how valuable this would be to us. At first I didn't think it was possible but then Brad showed us the numbers and how it would affect our monthly payment. It felt like a mad rush to reach the end, but through it all Brad kept us on the right track making sure that we provided the correct documentation to prevent any delays and helping us reach a lower monthly cost. A great team with super flexibility, would recommend Brad and his team over and over again.

  Brad and his team are truly exceptional. First, despite my short stay in US which doesn't help me boasting excellent credit rating, Brad helped me secure an absolutely great interest rate and mortgage terms. Second, I learnt earlier from many acquaintances that securing mortgage was the toughest part of home-buying process but to my surprise Brad and team made it amazingly simple as I spent no more than 8 hours (end-to-end) in obtaining the mortgage incl. gathering relevant documentation.
