  Brad was absolutely amazing! We were recommended by a friend and this was the best choice we could’ve made! From day one (he texted me 5 minutes after I sent him an email) to post closing, he has been responsive, professional, and simply a fun person to have on your side. We went on two vacations and an elopement during the buying process and Brad made it so so so easy for us! He doesn’t push you to buy a home and will be honest about what you’re looking at. He helped along every step of the process and we’re already planning on using him again! If you need a person on your side that is honest and fun, Brad is your guy!

  You aren’t going to find a better real estate agent then Brad! He is always available to answer texts or calls and he went above and beyond to make sure we got a great home that was within our price range and exceeded our expectations! Brads a straight shooter with a witty personality! You can’t go wrong working with Brad!   If you are searching for an honest, dependable, reliable, trustworthy, selfless, and can’t forget hilarious realtor...then look no further. Brad helped us purchase our home roughly a year ago (at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic) and our process was less then ideal with our buyers being furloughed due to the pandemic. But Brad and his team made sure our closing happened and that we would end up in our home. Fast forward less then 30 days, our basement flooded. Something that should have been previously fixed apparently wasn’t. We go about every avenue to get the basement repaired the right way. Brad selflessly volunteered to assist us getting the basement fixed properly. Our home is now finally where it should be and we have Brad to thank for that. He has gained life long clients and we make sure everyone we know goes through him for all their realtor needs.

  Brad sold my house faster than I had anticipated and for more than I was asking. This may be the first time someone has complained about selling their home too fast (first world problems amirite?). I would expect nothing less from a world class realtor! Brad did an incredible job of updating me and made the sale an absolute breeze. He is the absolute best!

  cannot recommend Brad enough! ESPECIALLY as a first time home-buyer. he was available anytime we had questions + answered all the stupid ones with a smile. it was so incredibly helpful to have Brad handle a lot (actually most of) the process behind the scenes. aside from the superhuman customer service during the buying process + even continuing afterward, we have a high level of respect for Brad as a realtor. he helped my husband + i get on track with our credit 2 years prior to us buying + then once we had built it up, he showed us every house we showed interest in any day of the week at any time that was available (whether it was a dreamy home or something out of a horror film). basically, choose this guy. he's kind of a big deal, + for good reasons.

  OMG I love this one. lol. "Horror movie" (insert laughing emoji). I'll never forget that time during a tornado where we had to abandon the cars, walk passed the downed tree, then hitch a ride from the owner...essentially in the middle of the night. It was a blast and an honor to help you both!

  I worked with Brad to purchase my first house. Buying a house can be a difficult process, but Brad made it so easy. He gave me the facts and never pushed me to do anything I didn't want to do. He was knowledgeable and very responsive when I contacted him for anything. Brad knows what he is doing. Highly recommend.
