  Tim worked with me on the initial purchase of my home. About a year ago I worked with him again to try to refinance to a lower rate and unfortunately it did not work at that time. Tim kept in touch and this time around it worked! Tim is an excellent communicator as is his team. Any questions I had were promptly answered and I understood the entire process. I cannot recommend Tim and his team highly enough!

  Working with LeaderOne Financial was a joy. Throughout the years, we've refinanced our homes many times, but this was the first time I would be alone in this process. I was apprehensive. Thankfully, LeaderOne staff was aware of my 'situation' and truly helped me step by step. I emailed LeaderOne with my questions and each time I got an answer within an hour--and always with very clear explanations . I never felt overwhelmed.   Tim was very knowledgeable and professional regarding my home loan approval. As a first time buyer he was able to explain any aspect I had questions about in terms that I could understand. Additionally, he maintained constant communication about what steps I had to complete and when.

  Tim was available pretty much ANY time that I needed to talk with him including weekends and after hours. He did a very good job at explaining everything down to my level and walking me through every option. They do ALL the work. All we needed to do was look through, sign and get them the resources they need to finalize your loan!

  Everything was SO smooth, from the application through closing! Everything was done electronically prior to closing, and the closer came all the way to our house, followed all social distancing guidelines, even brought us pens in a sterile package to sign with! This was the second time we used Leader One and their service is top notch! Great communication and service! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to refinance!
