  Josh and the team at MN Residential Mortgage made our homebuying experience seamless. They are exceptionally responsive and we trusted 100% that they were working in our best interest to get us the lowest rates possible. We made an offer on our home over the 4th of July and Josh took time away from his personal weekend to get us a pre-approval letter on a Saturday evening.   Josh and his team at Minnesota Residential Mortgage did an OUTSTANDING job helping us with a refinance. From start to finish, Josh made it easy and stress-free. I sent in a few bank statements, pay stubs and a couple other documents and Josh and his team took care of the rest. He was always quick to get back to me when I had questions, kept us up-to-date on the progress, and made sure we got everything signed in a timely manner so they could get us to closing ASAP. He has a very good sense of the market, and based on his recommendations, we were able to lock in our loan at a stupid low interest rate.
