  I have used Brad several times. I have recommended several friends and family to him and his team. He was able to get things done quickly even with a holiday weekend delaying the start by several days. On top of this he always has the lowest, if not close to the lowest rates around

  Excellent job! Brad and Karen helped me a lot through the whole mortgage process from the pre-approval letter to the closing of escrow. They worked so efficiently that it took only less than 30 days to get the job done! Moreover, my questions are always answered timely and patiently.   3 thumbs and 2 toes up! I have purchased 6 homes in my lifetime thus far. I have refinanced 4 times and stream lined as well. Never before have I experienced the impeccable support and guidance that I did from Brad Turpin and crew at PRMG. True professionals. Their responsiveness and attention to detail were extraordinary. Not only did they direct me through the tortuous VA Loan process, but they were careful to truly identify, protect and secure all my benefits as a Veteran. Because of Brad's tenacity and creativity, he identified that an Army related disability offered reprieve from a 3.3% funding fee. Moreover, he was able to recommend honest and reputable vendors appropriate for necessary repairs in a timely fashion. Response and execution times were amazing. Bottom line: So long as I live in CA, I won't work with anyone else. Rare Carte Blanche endorsement.
