  It's a darn shame that Google only goes up to 5 for a rating. There are several "I should call.." situations that many people find discomfort just thinking about. Such situations could be: - I should call the doctor - I should go to the car dealership - I should start the process of buying a house... Let...me...tell...YOU! If Bonni is involved with your mortgage, you have no need to worry! Buying a house isn't always a cookie cutter situation where everything goes as planned, so I'm not going to sit here and type on how I had this extremely different "I'm the most unique person around situation", but my situation was.... hmmmmm.. how can I put this.... special... no... it was uncommon! This purchase was my 2nd ever home. Despite the bombardment of loan advertisements on TV and Internet; I wasn't going to try Rocket Mortgage, Quicken Mortgage, Redfin, Zillow, or anywhere you wouldn't be able to talk to a person that's stuck in a boiler room call center. I chose to speak with my current mortgage company and original loan officer. Why not stick with whom you know right? That was a mistake. My 1st home was a cookie cutter situation; first time home buyer, blah blah blah. This loan took a few more brain cells than a typical checkbox marking loan officer could comprehend. A family member who has since retired from the mortgage business understood the situation and referred me to Bonni. Bonni was explained the situation and completely understood it. She then worked her butt off to explain the situation to some checkbox marking underwriters, whom eventually understood my loan wasn't impossible. That was getting me thru the door of the loan process. Which was a MASSIVE thumbs up on my end. This rating is not limited to just this, Bonni was in constant communication the entire way. This wasn't because I was constantly asking her questions (oh but i was for a bit), but because she followed my loan process in the background with the same intensity that a cat follows a laser pointer. She also CARED about my experience throughout the process. She would reach out when I didn't, just to see how I was doing and if I had any questions along the way. Bonni is someone who obviously cares about people. She loves her job, but holy moly she is a people person. And not in the sale person type of way that has this gift of gab. She is a genuine people loving person that is absolutely pure. She is always bubbly and full of smiles. Working with her didn't feel like I was working with some rep from a heartless company, it felt like my loan was being handled with the love and care of a long lost aunt that I never met before. I have 2 regrets from this last year; I should have moved to Arizona earlier (housing market) and I should have made Bonni my first call.
