  I apsolutly love the Parker AAFCU. Everyone is super friendly. My go to people are Shelly and Of course Barb the branch manager. Barb helped me with a loan and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best rate possible. 😊

  Everyone at the Parker branch is great!!! I had a problem with my auto loan and they did everything they could to help. Also, they followed up with me the next day. I would not get a loan anywhere else. Great credit union!

  Came in to get a basic cashier's check and they really had no idea how to complete the transaction. Although they were friendly, they really messed it up and had to do subsequent follow up a day later. I wouldn't have confidence doing business with them further.

  Very long hold times every time I call.

  Hi Desiree, On March 22, we went live with our new core operating system. A conversion this extensive is something the credit union has not done nearly 25 years. With this change impacting our nearly 50,000 members, our call center hold times have unfortunately increased as our agents work to assist members with questions regarding their accounts and changes related to this system upgrade. Our contact center always strives to keep hold times as short as possible. As the weeks progress, and more members become familiar with changes related to this system upgrade, we anticipate our hold times will become shorter.
