  BOC Bank is too notch! Kris always goes above and beyond for his customers. I’ve done 2 house mortgages with them and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are so patient, kind, and really know & do what’s best for their customers. I would recommend them again, again and again and could never truly thank them enough.

  Bank of Commerce financed my first mortgage. Kris was easy to work with and explained the process very well! With the online platform it was easy to upload and sign documents from home and not have to visit the bank during banking hours. Kris was really on top of what we submitted and our loan was ready to close way ahead of schedule. Highly recommend working with Kris and the BOC Team.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kris Anderson one of Bank of Commerce loan officers this past January. If we could give him 10 stars we would!! Kris was so informative, ALWAYS kept us updated on our loan process and worked his tail off to get us what we needed. He was so patient and stayed on top of everything we needed even when we had some bumps in the road. Such a Friendly guy!! We always enjoyed our meetings with him. Customer service at its finest!

  Alex and Kris really made my loan an easy operation. Kris communicated very clearly and efficiently on the docs I would need to get and he helped through all the steps. If i had any questions, Kris and Alex made sure to answer anything I had quickly. Personal service goes a long way in my book.

  This is a hidden gem in the Amarillo Banking Industry! The family like atmosphere, friendly staff, and prompt customer service can not be beat. When other banks told us our project didn't "fit" any of their services or products, Bank of Commerce made products that "fit" us. It has been a refreshing experience to have a bank care about the person more than the dollars and cents. I love that this bank was built on family values and you truly feel apart of the family from the moment you open your account with them. We are proud to be apart of this bank and look forward to many more years doing business with them.
