  From opening up new accounts, to comparing vehicle loans, the employees I have spoken to, both in person and on the phone, have been very accommodating. They have taken their time to give me rate quotes and detailing payment options, and answer any other questions I had. I appreciate a bank that takes the time to take care of their customers.

  Been with this bank for years and was good until I tried to pay off my auto loan. Lady over the phone was rude and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the issue. Their online servers were down for a couple days and interest kept accumulating on my paid off loan since I didn’t click “loan payoff”, I clicked “make payment” by mistake. They wouldn’t let me pay off the 95 cent interest I “owe” over the phone.. said to try back later… this is a time issue for me as I need my car title asap, hence why I paid off the loan in full.

  Called Santa Fe Federal today to ask about a secure credit card for the purpose of building credit. The conversation went as follows: Santa Fe: Hello? Me: Is this Santa Fe Federal? SF: Yeah Me: ...okay, do you guys offer secure credit cards? SF: if you mean secured lines of credit, yeah. Me: great, whats the minimum deposit on those? SF: the information's available online if you want to look at it there Me: No thanks, I'll call somebody who actually wants to take my money. POOR POOR POOR customer service before I ever even got in the door. call made at 3:08PM 04/15/21

  Have banked with santa fe for 41 yrs. The people there are nice an courteous, never had a problem.
