  Absolutely excellent establishment. The staff is outstanding, going above and beyond in their customer service. I do not feel like a number, nor just another face in the crowd. Twice I've had special requests, and twice my expectations have not only been met - they've been surpassed. Thank you to Luis Cortez and Ms. Melinda for your hard work and dedication to Customer Service. I would enthusiastically recommend Happy State Bank to anyone looking for more than just another transaction.

  INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Despite being a client for barely six months, and interacting with very few employees, when I walk in, all of them greet me by name - even those who have never met me! Whatever I need to accomplish, people like Luis Cortez, Mitzy Becerra, Robert and the other staff are always fast, friendly, professional, personable, and helpful. If you want to be treated like a decent person and not a number (like many national banks tend to), then go to Happy State Bank and talk with them. I'm certain you'll want to do business with them. VERDICT: OUTSTANDING BANK. WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH

  I have been banking with Happy for a long time, have always been very satisfied with there friendly service. Have even had a home loan with Happy at one time. But I applied for a small loan (2500) to by a car for my son and was going to put him on the loan to build him some credit. I decided to do a personal loan instead of a car loan so we wouldn't have to put full coverage on this cheap car. Well low and behold I was turned done for this loan. I couldn't believe it ! I could pay this loan off in 1 month if i wanted to. So with a salary of 9000 dollars a month i'm not good for a 2500.00 loan. incredible!!! Happy will never see my business again!!

  Strong belief in God and high moral standards, are held by top management. Would love to see it carried out in all places of business. If all branches were run like the main bank, and if they held to the high standard it would truly be a great place. Too bad this is not so.

  I just got off the phone with a very nice lady who was EXTREMELY helpful in assuring me what was happening because I had fraudulent activity on my account and went through every scenario to explain how it might of happened and also helped me get everything back! I love Happy State Bank❤️ Have been a customer of theirs since I turned 16 and have never had an issue they couldn’t fix.

  I have banked with a lot of Banks. This bank Cares for its home town and supports so many local charities. The staff are so caring and knowledgeable. I wish all banks cared like Happy!
