  I had a great experience at Bob Brown Chevrolet. I came all the way down from Minnesota to buy a truck from Stefanie. Her great friendly service made it enjoyable and the process was very smooth. I got a great trade in value also. I'd buy from them again.

  Both times my car has needed service they’ve gone above and beyond for me. I had a small emergency and needed my daily driver looked at ASAP - Even with limited staff on this particular day, Doug got my car in first thing, diagnosed, and repaired in a few hours. They even made sure I was covered with a loaner car, no charge. Bonus: two free premium car washes because I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for paperwork. This is service.

  Eddie was amazing. He took the time and we feel like he really wanted us to find the one car that we wanted/needed. I would recommend him to any others that were looking for a car. He was polite and worked hard at getting us multiple cars to test drive and we could tell he was going to do all he could do to get us where we wanted to be.

  I took my car in on Tuesday before work. They were able to get me into a loaner in a brand new car. Told me it would take about a week or more to get my part in and put on. I got called today (Thursday) saying my car is ready and was fixed! Exceptional service! Free car wash! Very happy!

  I purchased a vehicle on May 1, 2016 and to date I have yet to hear one word from my salesman. Haven't received a follow up thank you note, phone call, email, absolutely nothing. I guess my $50,000 purchase wasn't important. Other than lack of follow up, the buying process went smoothly. I appreciate that I was able to drive the vehicle for a couple of days before making a final decision.

  It started at Mr Coleman, my salesman. Just a hard working, good guy. Ms Fife is so energetic and kind, it's infectious. Melissa and Randy in service just get things done, period. Ms Tejada, she's a natural and good with people. I've observed this dealer, and it follows institutional theory well, in that Institutions take on the personalities of it's owner or leaders. I really like Bob Brown Chevy. I recommend this place highly. Thank you all!

  We recently had service completed at Bob Brown Chevrolet. All of the staff was friendly and ready to please. The service department is one of the best in our opinion. We go in with a "noise", they quickly figured out the problem, gave us an estimate before the work was done, fixed the problem and we were on our way. The cost of repair was competitive too! We have nothing but good experiences with the auto dealership, esp. the service department. We drive older vehicles, so excellent service is important to us. Our truck is going on 243,000 miles and still going strong. A few minor fixes here and there. Bob Brown is also conveniently located. If need be, they have a nice shuttle service if the repair job is going to be lengthy. They also have a key drop if one needs to drop off a vehicle after hours.   Great experience with Bob Brown Chevrolet and my salesman, Mike McNeley. They worked with me to get the best price to beat out local competition on a Chevy Cruse RS. They gave me a dealer car to use for a week free of charge, no hassles, while they got my car ready for me. They were very trusting and lenient and worked with my schedule for pick-up as I am an out of town customer. I felt like they went the extra mile to earn my business while working out a deal via text, email and/or phone calls. Hopefully the car lives up to the quality of service provided at the dealership!

  overall disappointing. took over 4 hours to buy a used car and only looked at 1 car. disorganized. salesman wouldn't provide answers to many questions before meeting. very friendly and fun guy but we had a bad experience. also the finance guy runs thru his required pitch like he's done it 100x today and doesnt want to be here or help. was confusing. easy to see how people could get duped into financing and warranties that they dont want. very uncomfortable and untrustworthy group overall. price also seemed a bit unreasonable but we needed to make a move soon so we caved. these were the MAIN issues.

  Had to get my DEF tank fixed. Dealership took the truck in and fixed it and fixed a leak in the rear axel. Good work and good people.
