  Had an excellent service with Wayne Hong today. He explained all the things I must do and things I should do. He helped me prioritize whats best for my car according to my current budget. He also shared with me some notes from mechanic and advice going forward. I didnt feel like taking a loaner so he ordered a lyft for me from dealership and from my house to go pick up the car! 100% recommend going there! I also came back to find my car washed and vacuumed which was the cherry on top!

  It took one month plus five days to repair "engine" display on (3/3/2022 - 4/8/2022). Test plan finally determined that "engine" warning display was caused by software of my vehicle. Was the amount of time that my car was in BMW custody warranted? I think the service center could do better with adequate expert techs. But thank you BMW for finally fixing my X1.

  Being a DIY kinda guy, It's not often that I bring my car to the dealership for service, but the anxiety of leaving my baby in someone else's hands is assuaged by the service team here, starting with my service advisor, John Roy. The quality of the service for warranty and recall items has been excellent and during a recent trip, I was pleased to see social distancing restrictions in place as well as disposable coverings used on contact services in my car. Getting a loaner was fast and it was great having a somewhat sporty sedan instead of a cumbersome SAV/SUV.

  Simply AVOID this one as they just try to INTENTIONALLY DAMAGE your car to squeeze more $$$ from your pocket. Find out a bulge on tire during regular maintenance and change the tire. Then keep getting pushed to do an alignment for tires which is unusual for a tire change. Pick the car up and find out the steering wheel level is off a lot which sounds very suspicious. Try to get a call back to get the alignment to fix this issue and try to get a promise that any further problem occurs should not be on our side. However, getting a THREATEN like response from them that alignment might fail due to "bent in suspension" which we just did a "multi-point check" shows ALL GOOD. Also been asked if we have comprehensive insurance for our car, and they can call our insurance if "bent in suspension" is found during alignment. So ridiculous...

  Gotta love the parts department. They are always super nice, and really helpful in getting what I need. Busy times are hard to avoid for any service department, but at least they answer the phone, and let you know that they are busy and can help you out if you call em back.

  I had the first appointment at 8am. They opened on time and I was checked in and on my way with a loaner within 15mins. At the time of pick up however, it took almost 25 mins for them to fetch my car.

  I went in for my general service and maintenance for my bmw 2 series last Saturday and the service was great! Mark S. Was very helpful and provided excellent service when I came to drop off my car and also when we came in to pick it up. The service was great and done in a timely manner. I will definitely drop by this location again, thank you team!

  Everything was great and my advisor was very professional. However, at the end it is another dealership service center so they charge good monet for their service. That's the reason I didn't give them 5 stars. However I appreciated their charge free loaner.

  What an amazing dealership! All remodeled and very modern. There is a very attractive car saleswoman there by the name of Kim. She is very savvy and knowledgeable at what she does. If you find yourself in the market for a straight 6, I recommend her highly.

  I've been going to Stevens Creek BMW for years. We moved to this area and went to Mountain view for the recall service and compared to earlier, I loved their service. My car got a complimentary car wash, which I never received at other locations. They were quick, professional and top notch. Thank you team, keep up the great work. I highly recommend this center. Hope you can convey it to the other place to maintain the standard.
