Jeffrey Liang2This place is absolutely chaotic. Too busy / crowded. I waited almost an HOUR in line. There’s just ONE bank teller serving more than a dozen customers waiting in line. Had I know it’s this bad, I would have driven 10 miles to another branch, or just walk to the Wells Fargo next door. While waiting in line, I saw a man trying to follow a banker into a restricted area, and two bank employees used their body to block the door. The man probably didn’t see a armored car driver just carried a huge bag of cash? into that area minutes ago, so the bankers cannot let him get too close. The man repeatedly tried to argue with the banker while they kept telling him to back off and they will get back to him later. I was so scared that I thought I was going to witness a bank robbery or shootout. Fortunately the man came to his senses after a few minutes and backed off from the door. Then, I saw an elderly man claiming he’s got <chronic disease that make him vulnerable to covid> and he’s so scared of covid that he wears mask when sleeping. The unmasked bank teller coughed at least thrice into her elbow. No doubt that made the man uneasy. By the time I left, the time was 15 minutes to their close time. More than 20 customers were still waiting. I wonder whether the bankers will work overtime, or the customers will be turned away after waiting for a long time.

JR Bernal1So far the single WORST banking experience I've ever had. Embarrassing & slow. Kept talking about "verifying" my check just to cash it & still has the audacity to "offer" an account. As if I wanted to deal with such discrimination again, no thanks! If you're brown & have a big check you might as well cash it elsewhere or you'll be stuck 30 minutes with helpless employees trying to "verify" something written out by their own bank. What an embarrassment or service.

Luis Castaneda2Unhelpful policies for getting change. I understand there is a coin shortage, but banks should be able to provide something. They flatly refuse to let me withdraw my money in quarters.. didn't even offer a single roll.

Christina Jensen1I've been a long time BofA customer and this is the worst branch I have ever visited. The customer service is abysmal. With several branch locations closing in the area, it is frustrating that this location is rarely able to help with simple transactions like getting change.

Desi Reviews1We went to open an account but were turned away from this branch. The long haired girl with an ipad wanted to check our id just for entering the branch. She and another fauc blonde haired representative asked us to take an appointment online or open an account online. They simply didn’t want our business.

Svetlena Garg1Worst branch and experiences here. Though this is nearest, I prefer traveling to further branches for business. Most of the days, they have zero tellers those are helping at other branches. Then why not go to other branches?

sleepy nexus1Would give zero stars if I could. Lines are consistently long and takes forever. Don't know why this branch always takes so long. Nothing but lip service from the branch manager. Veronica, one of the tellers is great, can't say much for the rest of the branch.

Edward Damrose1November 16, 20201. 11:00am. I came to the branch to do a wire transfer. I arrived about 10:45. There was a line outside the door but this appeared to be moving relatively quickly. A long haired blonde woman dressed in black and carrying a laptop was monitoring the customers coming into and out of the branch, and asked why I was here. I told her I needed to do a wire transfer - something I have no experience with in the large amount I was planning to transfer. I had driven 20 minutes to get here by they way. She said this can be done on line. I said well, I'm already here so I think I'll just wait. She said, there's no guarantee you'll get in to get this done. There were two people behind me at this point, and the branch wasn't scheduled to close for 2 more hours. Clearly here the agenda was to get rid of as many "unnecessary" customers as much as possible. At this point, it was clear I wasn't wanted here to conduct business. To me the business I've done with this bank for the past 18 years and the funds I hold with them are not of value to this institution. Thank you for conveying this message to me so clearly.
