  Wanted to open a new account for our teenager, Chase website declined because they were not able to identify the child. I thought we go to a nearby location and open a account - they had no capacity to do this and we need an appointment. I went home and did some more research - found a better solution and opened a account with SoFi within 10min. Congratulation Chase - you lost a potential new customer.

  Came in to open a new checking account and Jawad Nasser was the person who helped me. He was very patient with explaining all the different options and even stayed late to get everything done. I had a very positive experience here because of him.

  It is an absolutely horrible experience. The private client banker only serves people with at least 1million in their accounts. If you don’t have that, they suddenly change their whole attitude and give you a despising, irritated and judgmental look. They are incredibly rude and will ignore your questions if you are not rich. They obviously don’t have a little respect and professionalism at work.

  OMGI am closing my account tomorrow guarantee they have the worst customer service and they treat you like a criminal when trying to get large amounts of money SMH definitely definitely not courteous and not polite judgmental and profile galore👎👎👎👎👎

  This is my home loan personal experience, which is terrible. I was promised a loan rate discount when moving assets to Chase. We went through a lot of trouble moving the asset but the loan officer did not honor the promise. We were told the loan is no point no fee, but it turns out to be 2k+ fee when trying to close. When the closing staff called me to tell the rates, I was surprised it is not the rate we agreed upon, then I called the loan officer many times and left multiple messages, I also send multiple emails to this loan officer, no response at all. We are very disappointed by the work ethic and professionalism of the loan officer in this Chase branch. We are considering seeking legal help on this matter. Ping me if you has similar experiences.

  I walked in this fine Tuesday afternoon into this branch. I come in with a 1000$ paycheck looking to deposit, not cashing it or anything. What ends up happening is that the main teller, decides to put a 9 days hold. Like come on dude, the check is from McDonald’s, they have the funds. I’ve been banking here for 1 year and I’m currently trying to feed my kids and wife. Husband is currently having mental issues so I got to help out the family. 9 days I have to wait??? I’m leaving this bank due to poor judgement and horrible employees

  Not a good service. Came to open the account and the person and the manager cannot figure it out how to validate the address even all the govt document shows the address but needed the bank statement as the only source to do. Another branch had no issue at all. Anytime I went there they have their new hires that don’t know anything. One of the worse service in this location.

  worst chasebank ever! If you want to meet rude chasebank staff specially in the managers level, feel free to do your banking in this branch. I suggest you to drive two more blocks and visit a chase banks with a nice staff. I wanted to close my banking account due to ridiculous staff behavior but I found this branch has only rude, impolite and non professional staff. I will never do any banking with this branch... Awful managers ... Better not to meet them at all!

  We went in with a couple we received for $2,000 credit if there is new money of more than $250,000 in within the last 45 calendar days. We are a bit off by couple of days and we were denied of that bonus and pushed for an immediate appointment with a banker to understand more about building long term relationship with Chase. It was completed waste of time and we can take our money to any other bank for the same amount of reward. We are leaving Chase for good.
