  I love this bank. The employees are amazing, polite and courteous, going above and beyond to create a pleasant banking experience. No monthly fees. Robin and Shad are great people, great at what they do.

  My parents have banked with this bank before it even became BMO. I think they have been with them for around 50 years. No joke. I am with them as well and I have never had an issue. Always a good experience.

  Absolutely the work banking experience I have ever encountered. BE WARNED do not bank here. They are of no help to you and follow their made up procedures that benefit them and care nothing for the client. When they "Suspected" a check that I deposited to be fraudulent...they never even notified me, the Client that they say they care about. The check that was written had already been cleared and paid by the issuing bank. I had to fight them, along with my Step-fathers help. The evil witch named DIANNE in fraud protection should NEVER work in any capacity that deals with live human beings.

  I have been banking with BMO for the last 5 years or more I always get good service, very nice friendly staff , lowest fees in the market on any service, easy website to use .

  Awful customer service no consistency with check fees. Been here 3 different times never charged a fee the first two. No I’m charged a fee. Won’t be returning. Awful service no communication.

  THEY CLOSE REALLY EARLY THEY SUPPOSED TO CLOSE AT 12:00 AND THEY CLOSE AT 11:10 !
