  The staff is always very professional, friendly and care about you as a person not as a number. They continue to take care of me and what my best interest are. If I need a loan, I don't hesitate to call them. Both Brandie and Sarah are top notch!!!

  The location in Plainfield is where I went , and Sara Jarvis is who helped me .. she was so amazing -I do mean AMAZING she had me approved within 24 hours both times now and I am never going anywhere else - Sara goes above and beyond to help you and very friendly/down to earth- I highly recommend Mariner for your loan needs and Sara Jarvis, honestly she deserves so much recognition . I could not get off work to sign my paperwork so she was amazing at doing it by telephone . Thank YOU Sara for the fine work you give for Mariner and for our Loan needs and Mariner you are awesome as well (intrest rates are NOT BAD at all) YOU GUYS ROCK

  I've had the best experience with the ladies in the office and they make it easy to get through the loan process and very fun and friendly. I'm calling out my loan officer Brandy is very good at her job and had an answer for every question I had. I would highly recommend!

  Bad: Slow to unresponsive customer service. Definitely just want your money. Rudeness probably comes from working with the clientel. Expensive too. Good: they seem to loan to anybody. Would be two stars but I give them credit for putting up with clients. Would be four stars if they were more responsive and nicer. Costs comes from your own bad credit.
