  I would strongly recommend this bank. They have one of the better service standards compared to the likes of Chase and Bank of America. We just signed up for their loan to do some home improvements. The entire process was smooth their banker and manager were extremely helpful. I was not able to come to the bank for my closing due to my busy schedule and both their banker and their manager offered to meet me at my office or home. I was wowed by that. If you are looking for great service and loans visit these guys. My only suggestion for them is to change their Friday hours to 6 pm as they close at 5pm.

  I have a loan at this bank. They are good people. They help me get a large loan when no one else would help me. My only issue is every time I go there I have to wait in line to make a payment. I talked to their banker and manager, they are very nice but cant do much about hiring more teller or bankers. If you are looking for a loan go there they are very nice. There is an Indian lady there that is very nice.

  Good bank but need more tellers there. I no bank there had to wait 10 minutes for loan payment. Their tellers is very nice.

  Came in here to make a payment and had a decent experience. The people were nice and took care of me super fast. The only thing is that it’s really weird to drive in. The bank has a very narrow entrance that’s one way and getting out of the parking lot is very confusing. It is on the middle of Glen Ellyn and the railroad tracks.

  Staff is always very friendly. I just wish they had more bankers available to assist people walking in for account assistance.

  The bank has not sent me the password of my debit suit is very problematic I do not recommend
