  Dan Rock and his entire team did an amazing job helping to completely inform my husband and I for our very first mortgage loan. If we ever sent an email, we would get a quick response and if we ever called they would answer our questions. They did their best to move our process as fast as possible as we were on a deadline with my husbands company to move. I look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.

  Compared the prices between a few different lenders and Dan Rock at Guaranteed Rate was by far the cheapest option. I have a coworker in the process of buying a house as well and she showed me her closing disclosure... i was in shock when i compared it to mine because she was paying almost double what i paid and she has a cheaper house, with cheaper taxes, etc... PICK THESE GUYS FOR YOUR LENDER
