  Dan and his team were FANTASTIC. We spent 6 months trying to refinance a year ago and gave up after numerous delays on the lender end. We reached out to Dan and he was able to offer a rate similar to what we were looking at 12 months ago. Dan and the team were highly communicative and the process was done entirely on-line up to the closing. I think it may have taken 3 weeks to go from application to closing. I can't say enough positive things about the Rock Team. I would not hesitate 1 second to call him and start the process for buying new property or refinancing.

  I've worked with Dan Rock twice now, which should tell you all you need to know. Once for the original loan, and again just recently to refi with an even more incredible interest rate. The refi will save over $60k over the life of the mortgage. Dan has been absolutely amazing to work with.
