Stephan Hobbs5Upon reading all the reviews I don't understand worry everyone or majority of people voted very low. The staff here is wonderful. They help you and go above and beyond to your knees. Manager is a great motivator for his team and I noticed that the only issues feel a lot of people are having was because of the hours unfortunately sometimes it doesn't work out it is in the ceiling mean you give us make a horrible ready for hours. Make accommodations for your baking needs needs

brian lawrence1This bank is the worst bank ever. Every since covid they are the only bank who still is closing at 4pm everyday. This is ridiculous as I pay my mortgage at the branch and I have to do it on Saturday mornings now which is my time. They should be paying me for my time. Glad my checking is not with them. Would not be anymore if I did.

Kent1You need too change your hours online because they aren't correct. Drive thru is open at 9am not 830am. So I had too wait 30 minutes too make my deposit. Please don't blame it on covid .

Maegilthalion “Estelthoniel” Estel1This branch does the bare minimum. They don't really care to do "finer" points of their job like notifying you if a check will be put on hold. Calling the manager and expecting a callback to address a specific problem is apparently too much to ask as well, even when they put 6.5k in the wrong account. Be prepared to be underwhelmed by the service here, and always check your deposit receipts. Updated 6/2018: we tried to open a smart money acct and were told that we could not have a parent on the account and waive the fees. Then we were told my daughter's ID wasn't good enough. She's 18, has never had a bill, voted, or been in the military or LEO, although these were the suggestions given. My wife called another branch, and was helped and told we were given wrong information. This branch SUCKS!! Run and take your $$ elsewhere (I am).

Jason Spoor5The people at this bank, are good people. We have banked here for many years and have been through 3 buyouts and name changes, and so have the employees. BMO is certainly struggling in the technology department, but, they have been getting better. Jim and his staff will certainly try to help you anyway they can.....

80's fan1DONT COME HERE. Not good service at all. Employees are not nice. They are also disrespectful. I went to get money out of my dads account and the day I did that all BMO ATMS were under maintenance. So I went in and the they took money out of my account and call me a thief. DO NOT COME HERE.
