  Super rude generally unhappy bankers at this locations. Standing here filling some paperwork out and can over hear the guy in the suit at the back talking about customer behind their backs after getting off the phone and the two tellers at the front have zero care of concern for customers period. If you having a good day watch out they may drag you down if your having a bad day walk in and join the club you will fit right in.

  If you really want to know how a cigarette shop smells or a stench of bunch of smokers smells than go ahead and visit this BMO branch. I’m a non smoker and have allergies to smoke smells. Whenever I visit the place I feel like throwing up. I had an account with this bank since early 80s and a line of credit. Close to my home. Today I closed that relationship. Checking account, savings accounts and the line of credit all done. OH. I forgot to mention that my account was way too old and it was free but few years ago they started charging different items fee and other stuff. That was one of the reason I closed account. They were charging money because I was receiving bank statements monthly. Ok. Now They don’t have to send the statement and I am done paying charges. Thx

  Had a problem with a charge on my checking account tried to get it reversed with Patrica said no problem we can get it t done got new debit card.. over a week and a half later still not done they dont answer their phone.. you have to keep going in and still can't get it done.. sad..
